Biography
Monica Masucci è Affiliate Professor of Innovation presso SDA Bocconi School of Management.
È Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Strategia e Imprenditorialità presso il Dipartimento di Strategia e Marketing della University of Sussex Business School nel Regno Unito.
Dal 2020 è Head of Pre-Acceleration in Bocconi for Innovation, dove conduce un programma di formazione per aspiranti imprenditori. In SDA Bocconi è coinvolta nello sviluppo di programmi didattici personalizzati per grandi aziende. Le sue attività di ricerca riguardano l'imprenditoria e l'innovazione d'impresa, l'architettura industriale e le dinamiche degli ecosistemi, l’open innovation e l'economia creativa.
È autrice di capitoli di libri, articoli e rapporti di ricerca sui suoi argomenti di interesse. I suoi lavori sono stati pubblicati su Research Policy, Technovation e Small Business Economics ed è stata vincitrice di numerosi assegni di ricerca e premi per l'insegnamento e la ricerca. È capo redattrice del Journal of Engineering and Technology Management ed è membro del Policy and Evidence Center for the Creative Industries nel Regno Unito.
Monica ha conseguito un dottorato di ricerca in Economia aziendale e Management presso l'Università Bocconi in Italia, dove ha anche conseguito la laurea in Economia aziendale.
